Amazon let me know I ordered two copies of Unplugged Kitchen in Feb 2016 -- perhaps on your recommendation, not sure. I just looked at the recipe index from Poor Man's Feast and don't see it listed, so... a mystery. Anyway, my adult son and I love to read cookbooks before falling asleep, so I'm pretty sure he's the proud owner of one of my two 2016 copies. But where's mine?! Time to order another, thank you!
I loooooove this and all battered beloved books. (I feel weird about this; new books make me uncomfortable! Like pantyhose or having to be my best self in a glossy church pew.) I often buy new books to support authors but end up sharing them around, preferring library copies or gently-used seconds; guilty-face emoji.) Also, my 5 year-old 100% respects his appetite for Quaker granola bars which I keep at his height in the kitchen (like an idiot??) Off to check out Viana thank you! I’m a non-vegetarian who loves veggies too.
Just ordered a gently used copy. Thank you for the recommendation ♥️

Thank you for this delightful and encouraging post!
This recipe! As sparkly and fresh as the first week of January.
Welp, I’ve just ordered a copy, as well. Perhaps the author’s royalty check will be a tiny bit larger this year, thanks to your recommendation!
Just placed my order for this gem, $5.87. What a gift to me this cold morning. Thank you!
